What policies should I be aware of if I join the panel?

There are a number of policies and procedures that attorneys are expected to know and follow if they are accepted onto CCAP’s panel. Many of these policies are formulated by the Courts of Appeal and the Appellate Indigent Defense Oversight Advisory Committee (AIDOAC). Other policies are in place so CCAP can carry out its various duties for the Third District and Fifth District Courts of Appeal.
