Where the minor is not removed from her custodial parent, no reunification services are necessary. The juvenile court took jurisdiction over the minor but returned her to her mother’s custody. The court ordered “family enhancement” services for the father. Father argued on appeal that he should have been provided with reunification services. The juvenile court rejected the argument and affirmed. Because the parental custody of the minor was not disrupted and she was not placed in foster care, there was no need for reunification. The goal of the proceeding was simply to provide services in order to eliminate the need for court supervision of the family.
