If the juvenile court places the minor on supervision in lieu of adjudication under Welfare and Institutions Code section 654.2, the 12-month time period for resuming adjudicating proceedings extends to and includes the one-year anniversary of the filing of the petition. In other words, jurisdiction does not expire on the day before the one year anniversary.
