In a death penalty case in which the appellant was represented by counsel, the Supreme Court will not file or consider the appellant’s pro se submissions that challenge the legality of his death judgment or otherwise fall within the scope of counsel’s representation. Conversely, the Court will file and consider a represented capital inmate’s pro se submissions that pertain to matters falling outside the scope of counsel’s representation, which here consisted primarily of challenges to prison conditions.
