Counsel did raise the exigent circumstances issue in his written motion to suppress, but he did not argue the issue at oral argument. However, based on the holding of Illinois v. McArthur (2001) 531 U.S. 326, it is not reasonably probable that the juvenile court would have granted the motion to suppress.
