There was sufficient evidence to support a finding that appellant had falsely identified himself to a peace officer under Penal Code section 148.9, subdivision (a), where the minor gave his correct name, but falsified his birthdate to avoid a citation for possession of tobacco. The language of section 148.9, subdivision (a) show that it did not intend to punish only those persons who give a false name, but those who make false representations concerning their identity.
