A minor was not guilty of providing a false name or identity to a police officer (Pen. Code, sec. 148.9, subd. (a)) when he identified himself as Kelly K., even though he was listed as Kelly W.-K. (a hyphenated last name) on his birth certificate, and court documents referred to him as Kelly W. Kelly gave other correct information, such as his birthdate and was cooperative. There was no evidence that Kelly W. was the name he commonly used. (2-1).
