There was sufficient evidence to support a finding of delaying a peace officer under Penal Code section 148, subdivision (a) where appellant repeatedly spoke to an arrestee in the back of a patrol car. Three officers ordered appellant to step away five times before he complied, they interrupted their processing of the arrestee’s car, and one officer specifically testified that the elapsed time had delayed the investigation of the arrestee.
