Juvenile court’s order continuing the permanency planning hearing for 180 days to find adoptive family was not appealable. Mother appealed the juvenile court’s order continuing the selection and implementation hearings for the minors for 180 days to permit additional time to find the minors an adoptive family. Mother contended that the evidence was insufficient to support the court’s finding that minors had a probability for adoption. The appellate court found that the order appealed from was an interim and not final order, and therefore not appealable. The appeal was premature and therefore had to be dismissed.
