The court offered a package plea bargain to three defendants. Prior to sentencing, two defendants successfully set aside their pleas because as noncitizens they had not been allowed to consult with their consulate. The court did not err in vacating the third defendant’s plea, over his objection, because the terms of the offer were dependent upon all three pleas remaining in effect.
