The forfeiture judgment as to two vehicles used to transport birds to a cockfight was reversed. The Court of Appeal held that under Penal Code section 599aa, subdivision (f), vehicles used merely to transport fighting birds and equipment to the site of the fight, that are not used in the fighting, exhibition or training of the birds to inflict pain or cruelty upon other birds, cannot be forfeited under this statute.
