Defendant was properly convicted of a violation of Penal Code section 148.1, subdivision (c), making malicious and false report of the planting of a bomb. Appellant had reported to the 911 operator that he had put a bomb in the Los Angeles Times building earlier in the day, and later told a security guard at that building’s underground entrance that the bag he was carrying a bomb in his bag. The court rejected the contention that those two individuals could not constitute “any other persons” under subdivision (c) because they were also covered by subdivisions (a) and (b).
