Trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance of counsel when he failed to object to the prosecutor’s testimony impeaching the exculpatory evidence given by the main prosecution witness, by eliciting testimony from the prosecutor of her personal belief in the credibility of the inculpatory evidence given by that witness, and by failing to object when the prosecutor argued, as both advocate and witness, in her personal belief in defendant’s guilt.
