Appellant was properly convicted of multiple violations of Penal Code section 288 arising from a single incident during which he fondled several different portions of the victim’s body. Defendant was charged with having fondled the victim’s breasts, buttock, vagina, and thigh, and the evidence established a separate fondling of each indicated body part and not merely a touching en route to another area.
