The trial court did not lose jurisdiction over a bail bond issued for defendant in his criminal case because the notice of forfeiture failed to recite the correct bail bond number. Because Legion Insurance was given actual notice of the forfeiture in accordance with Penal Code section 1305, subdivision (b), the judgment of forfeiture was affirmed.
