A three-year enhancement for a prior drug conviction was unauthorized where the prior conviction was for attempted possession of a controlled substance for sale, an offense not among those enumerated in Health and Safety Code section 11370.2, subdivision (a). An attempt is separate and distinct from a completed crime.
