The defendant had standing to challenge a search of the premises, consisting of two trailer homes and a main residence, which was conducted as a probation search of another, where defendant had unlimited access to the entire premises. The probationer lived in one trailer, defendant and his wife in another trailer, and the drugs were found during a search of the main residence, where normally the probationer’s father resided. However, the father had given defendant permission to use the house in his absence.
