Summary

A federal “fast track” plea agreement required the defendant to waive the right to receive impeachment information relating to any informants or other witnesses, as well as information supporting any affirmative defense she might raise at trial. The agreement did not deny due process. The prosecution was still obligated to disclose, without request, information establishing the factual innocence of the defendant.
