California Attorneys for Criminal Justice (CACJ) is hosting their annual Appellate Practice Seminar on Saturday August 12, 2023, in San Francisco. The appellate training program is designed to give attorneys the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the challenging and rewarding field of appellate practice. Led by experienced appellate attorneys, the program provides a comprehensive overview of the appellate process, from writing and oral advocacy to briefing and argument preparation. It is approved for 7.25 hours of participatory MCLE credit, and is limited to those active in criminal defense.
