In response to mother’s request for a restraining order against father, the juvenile court granted the request with a limited peaceful contact exception for mother and father to communicate through a co-parenting app regarding custody of their child. However, the written order omitted the exception. The Court of Appeal remanded the matter for the juvenile court to modify the restraining order to conform with the oral ruling.
