In an appeal from the termination of parental rights, Mother joined Father’s argument that the Human Services Agency and juvenile court failed to comply with Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA). The agency did not provide Father’s complete ancestral information to the relevant tribes, and the juvenile court failed to make a final finding on the applicability of ICWA. The Court of Appeal remanded the matter for further ICWA compliance.
