The Court of Appeal agreed with the parties that the trial court erred in failing to calculate appellant’s conduct credits for the period before his original sentencing hearing. (People v. Buckhalter (2001) 26 Cal.4th 20, 30.) The matter was remanded to the trial court for recalculation of appellant’s presentence conduct credits.
