The Court of Appeal agreed with the parties that one of appellant’s convictions for possessing a weapon in prison (Pen. Code, § 4502, subd. (a)) should be reversed because section 4502 permits only a single conviction for possession of more than one unlawful weapon at the same time and place in prison. The court reversed one of appellant’s counts and remanded the matter for resentencing.
