The Court of Appeal agreed with the parties that the resentencing court failed to (1) recalculate appellant’s actual custody credits and specify the updated total in the amended abstract of judgment, and (2) strike the balance of appellant’s restitution fine pursuant to Penal Code section 1465.9, subdivision (d). The matter was remanded for the limited purpose of correcting the sentencing errors.
