The Court of Appeal agreed with the parties that appellant was entitled to recalculation of his actual custody credits as of the date he was resentenced. (Pen. Code, § 2900.1; People v. Buckhalter (2001) 26 Cal.4th 20, 37.) The matter was remanded to the trial court for recalculation of appellant’s actual credits.
