Collection of Data
During registration a user must give certain contact information, but we never sell or give away this information. It is only gathered to contact the user about announcements on our site for which s/he has expressed interest. For each visitor to our web site, completion of our registration form includes providing:

Please take note that this personal identifiable information (PII) does not appear anywhere on the site. Like many web sites, we may automatically receive general information that is contained in our server log files such as your IP address and cookie information.
Data collection does not include tracking PII across third-party web sites or other online services. In addition, our site will not disable a user’s option to use a “do not track” signal from their browser.

We publish a series of email newsletter/announcements (E-news), and we never sell or share our subscribers’ email addresses. We provide you with the ability to edit which e-news you receive by Modifying Your Profile at any time. A current E-news distribution list is gathered just before each new publication, usually the same day of publication. Changes to your Profile to add or delete an E-news selection will take effect immediately.
We may from time to time operate online surveys for our own use, and we never sell or share our subscribers’ email addresses.
Editing or Deleting Your Account Information
We provide you with the ability to edit the information in your user account information that you provide to us during registration by using the Modify Your Profile button on the homepage. You may request permanent deletion of your user account by contacting our Webmaster.
Parents of minors may request deletion of a child’s profile from our database.
This Policy is effective as of March 1, 2023.
We may make changes to this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of substantial changes to this Policy either by posting a prominent announcement on our site and/or by sending a message to the e-mail address you have provided to us that is contained within your user settings.
