In an appeal from a juvenile wardship order, the Court of Appeal agreed with appellant’s argument that there was insufficient evidence to support the juvenile court’s true finding that he committed conspiracy to commit assault with a firearm. As a result, the Court of Appeal reversed the true finding on the conspiracy count.
